Romeo and Juliet (1940)
First off, the version I would recommend of this ballet is the one shown at the right, it is the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, conducted by Mark Ermler. Released on Conifer Records thru BMG classics in 1994. (Cat#75605-55309-2) This is a 2 CD set that contains the entire ballet.  The leader of the orchestra was John Brown. The recording is DDD Pure Digital 20-bit. The ballet runs 2 hrs,
25 minutes and 24 seconds!
