| This scene is near the end of the film, when Caligula comments that he is going bald, and then says he needs sleep. It ends before Caesonia stands on the bed over him as we see above. She then comes into the bed with him, as shown below, talking to him about how to cure the insomania. Thier entourage look on, the room is full of people. The top & bottom picture are Lobby Stills, the middle picture is from the Soundtrack album pictures, and is wrongly labelled "Drusilla's Bedroom.". |
| The bottom picture shows how Caesonia tries to cure Caligula of his insomania, trying to fuck him to sleep. This scene was no dount in the Cannes version of the movie. Slowly the puzzle comes together. Dec 25th 2005. |
| The picture above is featured in the 1980 special Caligula Issue of Penthouse, and they explain the action as "Caesonia comforts Caligula after he has had nightmares predicting his death". |
